WonderVoice

End User Licence Agreement (EULA) — WonderVoice

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Subject and acceptance

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the software of the WonderVoice application ("App"), licensed — not sold — by GARGIULO LUIGI ("Licensor", "we"). By installing or using the App you accept the EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the App. The EULA supplements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Grant of licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the EULA, the Terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded it.

3. Usage restrictions

You may not, and may not allow third parties to:

4. Intellectual property

The App and all related rights (code, design, trademarks, software content) are and remain the property of the Licensor or its licensors. The EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you, only the usage rights expressly granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. AI-generated content

6. In-app purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (consumable credits and subscriptions) managed by the store. The economic conditions, automatic renewal of subscriptions and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service (§6) and by Google Play / App Store rules.

7. Updates

We may release updates, fixes or new versions of the App. Some updates may be necessary to continue using the Service. The EULA also applies to such updates, unless they are accompanied by separate terms.

8. Third-party software and services

The App relies on third-party components and services (e.g. Google, Supabase, AI providers). Use of such components is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. App store conditions

9.1 Google Play

The App is distributed through Google Play and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict between the EULA and Google Play conditions relating to distribution, the latter prevail as to those aspects.

9.2 Apple App Store (if and when the App is distributed on iOS)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated content, or freedom from errors/interruptions. Mandatory statutory warranties in favour of consumers remain in force.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Liability limits are specified in the Terms of Service (§9), which also apply to the EULA. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Duration and termination

The EULA is effective until terminated. The licence terminates automatically if you breach the EULA. On termination you must stop using the App and uninstall it. Provisions that by their nature must survive (intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) remain in force.

13. Governing law

The EULA is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For jurisdiction, see the Terms of Service (§12).
