Account & Data Deletion — WonderVoice

You can request deletion of your WonderVoice account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, preferences, itineraries, audio guides, downloaded audio files, notification tokens and activity log.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to galusolutions@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process it and respond within one month.

What is deleted

Profile and account identifiers, travel preferences, generated itineraries and audio guides, audio files, push-notification tokens, and activity logs.

What may be retained

Some purchase-related records may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years), in minimised form, as described in the Privacy Policy.
